Does anyone need an account?
No. Every colleague writes through a private link on their own phone or laptop, adds their letter, photo or voice note, and that is the whole process.
What if colleagues freeze at a blank page?
The writing screen carries gentle, specific prompts rather than an empty box, so even someone who dreads writing anything personal usually has something down within a couple of minutes.
Can it stay a surprise on a shared office link?
