Only pay when you have chosen the gift. If the reveal does not move them, we refund it in full.
And if fewer than five storytellers write, we refund you in full there too.
Ready by your date, or the campaign is on us. Start your campaign at least 10 days before the day you need it, and if we do not have it ready in time, we refund you in full.

One-off, never a subscription
It is a single payment per campaign. There is no recurring charge, ever.
Paid when you choose your gift
You choose your package and pay in that same step. Storytellers write for free the whole way through, and our guarantee covers the rest.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack in South African Rand. Encore never sees your card details.

How many Storytellers you invite and how much concierge support you want both change what you need. Four fixed packages, from Keepsake to Heirloom, let you see the exact price and choose the one that fits your circle, before anyone is invited.
When do I actually pay?
You pay once, when you choose your package. Storytellers write for free the whole way through. Only pay when you have chosen the gift, and if the reveal does not move them, we refund it in full.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every campaign is a single, one-off payment. There is no recurring charge, ever.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discount vouchers are available for partner organizers and for anyone returning to make another Encore.
What is the difference between the levels?
Every level gets the full cinematic reveal, the letter-book itself never gets smaller. What changes is room: Keepsake holds up to 8 Storytellers, Encore holds up to 20 with custom questions written for your occasion, and Legacy holds up to our 80-person ceiling with concierge chase and lifetime hosting.
What is Heirloom?
